"When Prayers Go Unanswered" - By Pastor Mark Siekbert Sr.

Pastor Mark Siekbert leads the Sunday Evening Service. The message is "When Prayers Go Unanswered" as the church prepares for the upcoming revival services May 17-19, 2024.

Key Points:

  1. Search your heart.

  2. Ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart.

  3. Ask how your relationship is with God.

  4. Delight yourself in the Lord.

  5. Analyze your motives.

  6. Confess your faults.

  7. Pray again.

From the King James Bible:

Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts.

- Psalms 139:23 KJV

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

- John 15:7 KJV

Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring [it] to pass.

- Psalm 37:4-5 KJV

Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume [it] upon your lusts.

- James 4:3 KJV

Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

- James 5:16 KJV

Pray without ceasing.

- 1 Thessalonians 5:17 KJV
